This Privacy Policy delineates the rules of collecting, processing and using the personal data collected from Clients by the online shop http://lovecatering.pl (henceforth: Shop), functioning at http://lovecatering.pl (hencefort: Website) by the private limited company Love Catering with headquarters in Cracow. The company is registered in the register of entrepreneurs run by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, 11th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, KRS number: 0000736485, NIP number: 944-225-98-86, REGON number: 380505122.
The Administrator of a User’s personal data is the private limited company Love Catering with headquarters in Cracow. The company is registered in the register of entrepreneurs run by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, 11th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, KRS number: 0000736485, NIP number: 944-225-98-86, REGON number: 380505122.
Shop is making every effort and undertakes all the necessary actions in order to ensure the observance of the Clients’ privacy and the protection of the personal data submitted while using Website and making purchases within Shop.
What kind of data is collected automatically while Clients are browsing Website?
During the mere use of Website Shop does not collect automatically any data, except for Cookies files.
Cookies files are small text files sent by Shop and stored in Client’s computer. They contain certain information pertaining to the way in which Client uses Website and Shop. The Cookie files are used by Shop in order to provide the services within Website and ensure the possibility of providing Clients with interesting information. They are also used during the process of purchases, e.g. in order to record the purchases made by Clients.
Cookies files used by Shop may have temporary or permanent nature. Temporary Cookies are deleted the moment when the browser is closed. Permanent Cookies are stored also after Clients have finished using Website and they serve for storing information such as passwords or logins, what makes using Website faster and easier for Clients. In both cases Client may block the installation of Cookies or delete the permanent Cookies, using appropriate options of the browser. Should any problems arise, we recommend using the Help file in the browser or contacting the producer of the browser used by Client.
Apart from Cookies files, Shop may collect the data which is custmarily collected by online systems administrators within so-called logs or log files. The information stored in log files may contain e.g. Client’s IP address, the kind of Internet platform and browser, the Internet provider and the address of the website from which Client accessed Website.
Some of the subpages of Website nd other means of communication with Client may contain so-called ”web beacons” (electronic images). Web beacons allow for the receipt of information such as the IP address, on which Website containing a web beacon has been loaded, the URL numbert of a webpage, webpage loading time, kind of a browser, as well as the information stored in Cookies in order to make our advertisements more effective.
This data will be archived and used for the purposes of statistical analysis and estimation of the global traffic of the Users of website. This data shall not me merged with the presonal data entrusted with us by Client.
What kind of data does Shop collect in the process of registration and purchase?
Shop will collect via Website and other forms of communications the following data of Clients during the process of making purchases and registration on Website:
- Surname and first name
- permanent residence address
- correspondence address (if different from the permanent residence address)
- e-mail address
- telephone number.
The provision of the abovementioned data is voluntary, yet necessary in order to register and purchase (conclusion of a Sale-Acquisition Agreement) within Website.
A Client who sets up an account and places an order, gives their consent for processing of personal data by online Shop.
Moreover, Shop may collect the following information for marketing purposes and in order to allow Clients to take part in discount programmes and other special actions: date of birth.
The provision of this data is voluntary, requires Client’s consent and is necessary only to fulfil the abovementioned duties.
We would like to emphasise that Client does not have to provide their data if they do not wish to use the abovementioned possibilites.
Client has a right to access the text of their personal data (Art. 15 of RODO) and to verify, modify, delete and limit it (Art. 18, 20, 21 RODO). In order to use this possibility please use the options within Client Panel.
Client may give their consent to receive marketing information from Shop via e-mail and means of electronic communication. The consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The submitted data is processed solely for the purposes of Shop, solely to execute orders, and it will not be forwarded to other entities (with the exception of the paragraph ”Sharing information” below). The use r is responsible for the truth of the submitted data.
Sharing information
In order to execute the provisions of the contract Shop may store the data collected from Client with the following entities [ data of business partners, including companies such as delivery companies, payment systems operators, companies dealing with complaints, etc.]. In such cases, the amount of data shared is limited to the minimum obligatory amount.
What is more, the data submitted by Client may be shared with proper institutions of public power, should the legal regulations require that.
Technical means and Client’s obligations
Shop makes every possible effort in order to secure the data submitted by Client and to protect it from third party actions. We use all the indispensable means of protection of servers, connection and Website in order to protect Client’s data.
All the connections related to the electronic payments made by Client shoud they choose such an option, will be established via a safe encrypted connection.
However, the measures which we adopt may result insufficient if Client does not act according to safety regulations.
In particular, Client has to keep both login and password secret and refrain from sharing it with others. Shop will not ask Client to provide their login credentials, unless while logging onto Website. In order to prevent other people from using your Client Account, please log out every time you finish using Website.
How can Client use their rights?
Client has a possibility to view and edit their data within Website at any tine, after logging in with the use of their e-mail address and password. If Client forgets their password, there is a possibility to generate a new one.
Client has a right to demand information about the content of the data about them which is being stored, as well as a right to demand that the data be changed, blocked or deleted, and mistakes be corrected. They also have a right to fill in any missing data or to update it.

Complaint to a supervisory organ
If you think that the processing of your personal data infringes RODO, you have a right to file a complaint to a supervisory organ, especially in a EU member country of your standard stay, your work place or the place where the supposed infringement has taken place.
In Poland, the suprevisory organ in the meaning of RODO is Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO).
