Low Carb diet is dedicated especially for people highly motivated to achieve excellent effects in shaping their figure., as well as for those with insulin sensitivity. Level of carbs in our meals has been decreased for about 30% and thanks to that we managed to limit the amount of cereal products in it. Yet, in order to achieve a perfect caloric balance in the diet, we added more healthy fats and proteins. We also took care of acid-base metabolism balance by packing the menu with loads of vegetables. Low Carb diet is neither an elimination nor a ketogenic diet what makes it 100% safe and healthy. Nutritious density (high amount of vitamins and minerals) is one of its main characteristics and thanks to that it is beneficial for your nervous system, concentration and skin.

This diet is suitable for those into physical activity, those trying to lose weight as well as for those who are insulin resistant.
