As the first company in Poland we decided to face the challenge and create a liquid diet. Prepared as the response to so called ‘’juice diet’’ – HANDY MEALS emerged. Thanks to their properties and convenience, they offer an interesting alternative to traditional diets. Choose wisely! Handy Meals are an astonishing composition of whole fruits, vegetables, super foods and other ingredients squeezed into 5 bottles.
Despite their form (typical for a liquid/juice diet) Handy Meals are packed not only with vitamins and carbohydrates but also proteins, healthy fats and vital minerals which combined together form a well-balanced and complex diet.

The surprising combination of cashews and spinach creates creamy velvet drink. This nutty, yet not so sweet, ‘’milk’’ is richer in texture than any juice. It is difficult to recreate the juiciness of a ripe tomato. Yet we managed to squeeze the last drop out of it, added the whole pepper and some spices. The cocktail tastes like a delicious bite of the finest tomato with a pinch of sea salt. If you want to put a label on it – this is the spiciest juice we have ever made.
Lycopene is the biggest advantage of this smoothie.
Apart from giving tomatoes and peppers their beautiful natural colour, it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This one bottle alone covers over 100% of daily demand for vit. A, vit. C and vit. E – the vitamin of youth.

You will love it because it tastes like a light milkshake – it is sweet, creamy, delicately chocolate. This cashew-based ‘’milk’’ can’t compete with the texture of a traditional milkshake, but still tastes like a guilt-free, vanilla-chocolate nutty feast that will satisfy your craving for something sweet. It’s the most caloric smoothie.
